Our Love Calculator is a bit of fun: type two names and get a love score from 30% to 100%.
How to use the calculator (Love Calculator)
- Type your name.
- Type their name.
You'll get a percentage and a playful message.
How it works
The score is made from the letters in both names using a mathematical recipe called a hash. That means:
- The same two names always give the same score.
- The order you type them in doesn't matter.
- It has nothing to do with real compatibility.
A worked example
With the calculator's default settings, Romeo and Juliet score 55%: "Worth a coffee date". Shakespeare might disagree.
Frequently asked questions
Is it accurate?
No. It's just for fun. Real relationships are built on things a calculator can't measure, like kindness, trust and shared values.
Why does a nickname give a different score?
Because the score comes from the letters, any change to the spelling changes the result.
Can I use it for a party game?
Of course. For another bit of fun, try our Sun Moon Rising Sign Calculator.
